个体化护理对2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响研究

The Effect of Individualized Nursing on Compliance and Efficacy of Patients With Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究个体化护理对2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2016年7月110例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组采用个体化的护理方式,比较两组患者治疗的依从性和各项指标:空腹血糖(FBG)糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、尿肌酐(Cr)。。结果观察组患者治疗依从性高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者各项指标优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用个性化护理可有效地提高2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性,患者各项指标也趋于稳定。

Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing on the compliance and curative effect of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases each. The control group was treated with routine nursing method, and the observation group was treated with individualized nursing（Hb A1c） and urinary creatinine（Cr） were measured and compared between the two groups in terms of the compliance of treatment and the indexes of fasting blood glucose（FBG）. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The observation group of patients than the controlgroup, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and the indexes of patients with diabetes mellitus tend to be stable.
