强化护理干预在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Herpes Zoster

目的探讨强化护理干预在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月—2016年9月在我院接收的带状疱疹的患者114例,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础之上给予强化护理干预,对比两组患者的护理干预效果。结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的止疱时间、止痛时间、疱疹愈合时间以及结痂时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对带状疱疹患者采取强化护理干预,可以使伤口愈合时间缩短,使患者疼痛明显减轻。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention in patients with herpes zoster. Methods A total of 114 patients with herpes zoster received in our hospital from September 2014 to September 206 were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and control group. Routine nursing was given to experimental group. The experimental group was given Intensive care intervention, compared the effect of two groups of patients with nursing intervention. Results The clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group the total efficiency is better than the control group（P〈0.05）, the experimental group of patients with herpes stop time, healing time and pain time, herpes scab time lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention in patients with herpes zoster can shorten the wound healing time and reduce the pain of patients, which has clinical value.
