大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后高压治疗型医用弹力长袜护理应用观察

To Observe the Nursing Effect of Stripping After Application of High Pressure Treatment Type Medical Elastic Stockings Great Saphenous Vein High Ligation

目的探讨高压治疗型医用弹力长袜在大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后应用的护理效果观察。方法选择行大隐静脉高位结扎及曲张静脉分段剥脱术的下肢静脉曲张患者44例,对其中20例患者术后第3 d起使用弹力绷带进行加压包扎,作为对照组;另外24例患者术后第3d使用高压治疗型医用弹力长袜,作为观察组。比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组初次下床时间≤5 d患者例数多于对照组,超过5 d患者例数少于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;观察组轻度疼痛例数多于对照组,重度疼痛例数低于对照组;观察组需要护理干预的时间低于对照组;以上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压治疗型医用弹力袜应用于大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后,能有效弥补下肢静脉瓣膜功能不足状况,改善侧支返流,减轻术后疼痛,减少患者术后并发症发生率,从而减少护士工作量,提高护理工作效率。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of high pressure treatment of medical elastic stockings in high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping application after operation. Methods 44 cases underwent saphenous vein ligation and stripping of varicose vein segments with varicose vein were selected, of which 20 cases of patients with postoperative 3 d use elastic bandage pressure bandage, as the control group, the other 24 patients after 3 d treatment using high pressure type medical elastic stockings, as the observation group. The clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The observation group first ambulation time ≤ 5 d the number of patients than the control group, the number of patients with more than 5 d was less than that in control group, the incidence of complications in observation group than in the control group, the observation group with mild pain more than the control group, the number of cases of severe pain than those in the control group, the observation group to nursing intervention time is lower than the control group, there the above statistical significance difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High pressure treatment type medical elastic stockings used in great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping, can effectively compensate for lower extremity venous valve function insufficiency, improve collateral regurgitation, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, thereby reducing the workload of nurses, improve nursing work efficiency.
