中医综合护理在乳岩术后恢复期的应用

Comprehensive Nursing Care on Breast Cancer Postoperative Recovery of the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析中医综合护理在乳岩(乳腺癌)术后恢复期中的应用效果和患者的生活质量改善状况。方法将70例术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组实施常规护理方式,观察组实施常规护理+中医综合护理的方式,护理周期为2个月,比较两组在2个月后患者的生活质量和心理状态变化情况。结果观察组患者的生理情况、情感情况、功能情况和心理状态变化均优于对照组。结论中医综合护理方式能够提高乳腺癌术后恢复期患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in the recovery period of milk rock（breast cancer） and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods 70 postoperative patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 35 cases, control group routine nursing,observation group and routine nursing and integrated of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, nursing period for two months,compare two groups in the two months after the patient’s quality of life and mental state changes. Results The physiological, emotional, functional and psychological changes of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients with postoperative recovery.
