地方政府运动式精细化技术治理:运行逻辑与渐进调适

On the Motion Type Fine Chemical Technology Governance of Local government:Operation Logic and Incremental Adjustment

运动式治理是当前我国政府治理的一种方式,是运动式治理主体为实现特定目标的一种治理工具。运动式治理以现有科层组织为依托,以精细化技术为抓手,构成了地方运动式治理的实践样态。本文以环境污染攻坚战为个案,探究了地方政府运动式精细化技术治理的嵌入性,分析了地方政府运动式精细化技术治理的运行逻辑,并提出渐进性调适的对策。

Motion type governance is a way of government governance in China at present;it is a governance tool of motion governance subject for realizing specific target.Motion governance is based on existing scientific organizations,taking fine technology as the starting point,forms the practical state of local sports governance.This paper take a case study of environmental pollution for example,probes into the embeddedness of the local government movement refinement technol- ogy governance,analyzes the operation logic of the local government movement refinement technology governance,and puts forward the strategy of gradual adjustment.
