Microstructure and Properties of Cr12MoV Steel after Neutral Salt-bath Titanizing Treatment

摘要 采用TD技术在小型井式盐浴炉中对Cr12MoV钢分别进行了渗钛、铬钛共渗、铬钛复合渗中性盐浴处理。测试分析了覆层的显微组织、物相结构、厚度、硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。结果表明,Cr12MoV中性盐浴渗钛、铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗覆层的显微硬度(HV0.05)都超过了3 000;铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗覆层的显微硬度呈现梯度变化;渗钛、铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗覆层的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性较基体有很大提高。 The thermal diffusion processes of titanizing,chromtitanizing and compound chromizing-titanizing on Cr12 MoV steels were performed in a small pit type neutral salt bath furnace.Microstructure,phase constituent,thickness,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings prepared were tested and analyzed.The results show that surface microharness of three kinds of coatings are more than 3000HV0.05.Coating microhardness of chromtitanizing and compound chromizing-titanizing exhibits gradient change.Wear resistance and corrosion resistance of coatings after three kinds of TD treatment are improved greatly compared with those of the substrate.
