表面处理对单晶涡轮叶片表面显微组织的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Surface Treatment on Microstructure of Single Crystal Turbine Blade

摘要 采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了表面处理对单晶涡轮叶片表面显微组织的影响。结果表明,表面处理后的试样经固溶处理后其表面产生完整的再结晶组织,再结晶层厚度达20~75μm,大部分再结晶晶粒尺寸约为0.5mm。对经过固溶处理的试样进行表面处理后叶片表面无再结晶组织;而固溶态试样经过表面处理并进行时效处理后叶片表面出现了胞状再结晶组织,其胞状再结晶层厚度变化范围为2~14μm。 Effects of surface processing on microstructure of single crystal turbine blade were investigated by the means of OM(optical microscopy),SEM(scanning electron microscopy).The results indicate that microstructure of recrystallization in solid solution treatment samples after surface processing can be observed in all surface of specimens and the thickness of recrystallization zone layer is 20 to 75μm,and most of the recrystallized grain size is approximately 0.5mm.The surface of turbine blade in solid solution treatment is absence of recrystallization after surface processing.The cellular microstructure of specimen with solid solution treatment can be observed in surface and the thickness of cellular layer is in range of 2to 14μm after surface processing and aging treatmert.
