摘要
以AZ91-Ca合金为研究对象,采用光学显微镜(OM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和带能谱分析(EDX)的扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段,研究了挤压铸造过程中压力变化对AZ91-1Ca合金显微组织和力学性能的影响规律,分析了压力对挤压铸造过程中合金晶粒细化与铸造缺陷抑制的作用机制。
Using optical microscopy(OM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDX),influences of pressure on microstructure and mechanical properties of the squeeze casting AZ91-1Ca alloys were investigated.Effects of pressure on grain refinement and casting defects in the alloy were analyzed theoretically.Mechanism of grain refinement and defect elimination in AZ91-1Ca alloy during squeezing casting process were described.
