消失模铸造制备球墨铸铁轮工艺研究 被引量:3

Manufacturing of Ductile Iron Wheel by Lost Foam Casting

摘要 采用消失模铸造铸铁轮子,对消失模铸造的工艺过程进行了研究。采用Anycasting软件分析了浇注过程,对其充型顺序、凝固顺序、温度场分布等进行了分析。采用XRD、扫描电镜等对铸件的微观组织及缺陷进行了分析,结果表明,使用设计的负压浇注系统,金属熔体充型顺利;局部出现孔洞类缺陷及粘砂,是采用的涂料耐火强度低等因素造成的。 Ductile cast iron wheel was manufactured by lost foam casting.The process of lost foam casting was analyzed systematically.The filling,solidification and temperature field distribution in the iron wheel during pouring process were simulated by Anycasting software.The microstructure and defects in the castings were investigated by XRD and scanning electron microscope(SEM/EDS).The results show that the filling velocity in the designed feed system is improved greatly by vacuum pressure,and some sand sticking and hole defects can be observed in some castings due to the low refractoriness of sintered coating layer.
