摘要
业务流程重组对于企业来说是一次巨大的变革,但在具体实施过程中会有很多意想不到的阻力。本文探讨在业务流程重组的实践中引入变革管理的基本框架,和“拉战略”的实施策略,以最小化企业变革的实施风险。
Business Process Reengineering is a vital transform for enterprises, but there are many resistances in practice of BPR. This paper discusses a basic framework introducing the theory of Change Management, and practice strategy of Pull, which can be used to minimize the risk of BPR.
