摘要
电力应急物资储备库地址的选取对电力受灾地区的救援工作起到了关键性的作用。首先综合运用了层次分析法和网络分析法对某地区的负荷点进行权重评估并分等级;然后引入了线路故障等效因子和恶化因子对不同等级的负荷点建立函数模型并以总损失函数为目标函数;最后综合运用了局部中心点思想、Dijkstra算法和Floyd-Warshall算法对模型进行求解。实际算例证明了该模型和求解方法的合理性和有效性,有助于电力应急物资的调度。
The selection of the place where power emergency material storage is located plays a key role in the rescue of affected areas. Firstly,the load points in certain area are evaluated and graded with the utilization of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and analytic network process(ANP). Secondly,the function model of different ratings of load points are established by the introduction of line fault equivalent factor and deterioration factor,and the total loss function is taken as the objective function. In the end,the model is solved by using local center idea,Dijkstra algorithm and Floyd-War-shall algorithm. A practical example proves the rationality and validity of the model and its solution method ,which is helpful for the dispatch of power emergency material.
