The Problems of Increasing Farmers' Income in Daqing in the Perspective of New Concept

解决大庆农民增收问题,大庆具有良好的现实基础,也存在一些制约因素,重点需要从培育农民的"职业性"、加快农业现代化发展、完善市场机制等方面实现解决路径。通过建立健全市场新的运行机制,建立农产品品牌群,发展现代农业等举措,全面提升农民职业素质与市场经济观念,可以解决农民收入的现实问题,激发大庆发展活力,从而加快大庆全面实现小康社会目标。

Daqing has good basis in reality to solve the problems of increasing farmers＇ income and has some constraints. The government should cultivate professional farmers, speed up agricultural modernization and perfect the market mechanism. Meanwhile, the government should establish and perfect the new market operation mechanism, build the brand cluster of agricultural products, develop the modern a- griculture, and increase farmers＇ professional quality and the market economy concept, so as to solve the problem, stimulate the vitality of development and speed up the goal of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way.
