经济新常态下基于供求视角的江西生产性服务业发展提升策略研究

The Development of Productive Service Industry in Jiangxi and the Improvement Strategy Based on the New Economic Normality

在经济新常态下,以生产性服务业发展的社会分工理论、外包理论、协同理论等主流理论为前提,从供求两个视角出发,探讨江西生产性服务业发展的影响因素,如经济发展水平、经济发展模式、经济体制、市场成熟程度,以及政策因素、服务创新能力、环境因素,并提出推动江西生产性服务业的发展的提升策略是:从政府视角,转变理念并加大研发投入,加快培育生产性服务业人才,健全生产性服务业行业规范,加强法规建设,制定科学的产业引导政策;从生产性服务生产企业视角,树立诚信经营的理念,鼓励拓展新内容,不断加大对生产性服务消费企业投入,降低成本,提高效率,来提升市场竞争力。

Taking the social labor division theory, service outsourcing theory and coordination theory as a basis, the study discusses the factors influencing the growth of productive service industry in Jiangxi, from the perspective of supply and demand. The factors include economic level, economic development pattern, economic system, market maturity degree, policy factor, service innovation ability, and the environment. It puts forward with strategies for boosting the growth of the industry in Jiangxi. As to the government, it should change ideas, invest more in research and development, speed up to build a talent pool, complete the industry standards, enhance the construction of laws and regulations and formulate scientific guiding policy for the industry. With a pursuit of integrity, enterprises should expand business scope, increase investment, lower costs, and raise efficiency for promoting market competitiveness.
