农村菜鸟物流发展问题研究

Problems for the Development of Cainiao Logisitics in Rural Areas

菜鸟物流在农村的建设已初见成效,但是仍存在一些问题,如农村的公路、铁路、信息化程度相比于城市仍很不完善,农村缺乏专业的物流人才,物流网点较少,配送成本过高,村民网购意识不强等都会影响菜鸟在农村的发展。菜鸟物流应通过设计自己特色的配送工具、成立公司的物流人才培训机构、加大网购的宣传力度、人工与机器相结合等对策,促进其在农村发展更好更快的发展。

Cainiao logistics developed well in rural areas till now; however, there are still some problems. The highways, railroads and digital degree in rural areas are unsound compared with urban areas. In addition, the insufficient logistics talents and outlets, the high delivery costs and weak online shopping willingness of rural residents all hinder the growth of Cainiao logistics. It should use delivery vehicles with special characteristics, set up agencies for training logistics talents, strengthen online shopping publicity, and combine manual work with a machine process for facilitating the better and fast development of the company in rural areas.
