小排量燃油发动机竞争能力的提升

摘要 在新能源汽车迅速发展的同时,采用燃油发动机尤其是小排量发动机的乘用车销量还呈现上升趋势。汽车企业在设计和制造过程中,通过优化零部件结构以及使用新型材料替代传统材料,实现了燃油发动机的轻量化;通过将激光造型新工艺引入发动机缸体缸孔和凸轮内孔(或连杆大头孔)的精加工,使发动机磨损大幅度降低,延长了发动机的使用寿命,并使罩壳集成技术得以实现,制造成本降低超过16.4欧元。 With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the sale for the fuel-powered passenger vehicle presents the increase, especially the sale for the passenger vehicle with small engine. The auto makers realize the goal of fuel-powered engine lightweight by optimizing the part's structure, using the new materials instead of the traditional materials in the design and manufacturing. The engine wear is greatly reduced using the new laser molding process to upgrade the machining precision of the cylinder bore and the inner hole in the camshaft(a hole in the big end), prolonging the engine life, at the same time realizing the integration of case, the cost of manufacturing is reduced 16.4 EUR.
