上海市某单位职工血清CA72-4检测值参考区间的建立

Establishment of Serum CA72-4 Reference Range for Jail System Staff in Shanghai

目的建立适合本地区本实验室成人血清CA72-4参考区间。方法采用罗氏电化学发光法cobas e 601系统对上海市监狱系统3608名成年职工健康体检进行血清CA72-4检测,并对数据进行分析,确定本实验室的CA72-4医学参考区间。结果上海监狱系统职工血清CA72-4的检测结果呈偏态分布,95%参考区间大于厂家提供的参考区间,且不同性别间也有一定差别。结论厂家提供的电化学发光法cobas e 601系统检测成人血清CA72-4的参考区间不一定适合本地区,各实验室应根据实际情况建立自己的参考区间。

Objective To establish the reference range of adult serum CA72-4 suitable for this region and the lab. Methods Using Roche electrochemical luminescence method Cobas e 601 systemto evaluatethe serum CA72-4 of 3608 staff of Shanghai prisonto establish reference range. Results Theadult serum CA72-4showeda skewness distribution,95% reference range wasgreater than the reference range provide by the manufacturer.There was a certain gender difference. Conclusion The reference range of serum CA72-4 in adults provide bythe manufacturer for the electrochemical luminescence Cobas e 601 system may not suitable for this region,each laboratory should establish the reference range according to actual circumstances.
