同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化患者血管内皮细胞损伤相关性 被引量:45

Correlation Analysis Between Homocysteine and the Vascular Endothelial Cell Injury in Atherosclerosis Patients

摘要 目的探讨动脉粥样硬化患者高同型半胱氨酸水平与血管内皮细胞损伤相关性。方法循环酶法检测心肌梗死和脑梗死患者血清Hcy水平,ELISA法检测其ET-1、TM和v WF,对各组Hcy和血管内皮细胞损伤指标分别进行相关分析。结果排除常见危险因素的差异后,心肌梗死组和脑梗死组分别与对照组相比较,血清Hcy、ET-1、TM和v WF水平均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心肌梗死组和脑梗死组血清Hcy、ET-1、TM和v WF水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。心肌梗死组和脑梗死组患者血清Hcy水平与ET-1、TM和v WF水平均呈明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论动脉粥样硬化患者Hcy水平与血管内皮细胞损伤标志物ET-1、TM和v WF水平均显著相关,高同型半胱氨酸血症可能通过介导机体血管内皮细胞的损伤参与了动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine( Hcy) and injury of vascular endothelial cells in patients with atherosclerosis. Methods The serum Hcy levels in patients with myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction were detected with enzymatic cycling assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect ET-1,TM and v WF levels. The relationship between the serum Hcy levels and the index of vascular endothelial cell injury were analyzed respectively. Results After the differences of common risk factors were excluded,the serum levels of Hcy,ET-1,TM and v WF were significantly increased in patients of myocardial infarction group and cerebral infarction group when compared with control group( P 〈0. 05). The serum levels of Hcy,ET-1,TM and v WF were not statistically different in myocardial infarction group and cerebral infarction group( P 〉0. 05). The levels of serum Hcy and the levels of ET-1,TM,v WF were significantly correlated in myocardial infarction group and cerebral infarction group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The Hcy level and the levels of vascular endothelial cell injury markers were strongly correlated in patients with atherosclerosis. Hcy may be involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by mediating the injury of vascular endothelial cells.
