摘要
目的通过改革传统的护理业务学习模式,提高护理业务学习的效果。方法采取多媒体授课、互动教学、现场提问、临床经验交流、多种考核形式,合理安排授课时间。结果干预后的业务学习模式,调动了护士的学习兴趣及学习主动性,提升了学习效率、学习效果。2014年度与2015年干预前后护理部对学习内容、学习时间安排和考核形式三方面的满意度对比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,说明干预后满意度提高。结论干预后的业务学习方法更加人性化,提高了护士的学习效果及业务水平,促进了护理技能的提升。
Objective To improve the effect of nursing business learning by reforming the traditional nursing business learning model. Methods Multimedia teaching, interactive teaching, on-site questioning, clinical experience exchange, a variety of assessment forms, reasonable arrangements for teaching time. Results After the intervention, the learning model of the business mobilized the learning interest and learning initiative of the nurses, and improved the learning efficiency and learning effect. There were significant differences in the content of learning content, learning time arrangement and assessment form between the two years before and after the intervention in the year of 2014 and 2015, respectively(P〈0.05), which indicated that the satisfaction was improved after intervention. Conclusion After the intervention, the business learning method is more humane, which improves the study effect and professional level of nurses, and promotes the improvement of nursing skills.
