反思性教学法在外科护理教学中的应用价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨在外科护理教学中应用反思性教学法的价值。方法选取在我校外科实习的2013级专科护理专业的90名实习生为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组45名。两组实习生均执行相同的教学大纲,观察组采用反思性教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,对比分析两组的考核评分及教学效果。结果观察组的增强团队协作精神、促进学习主动性、培养沟通能力、强化学生的记忆力、培养应用知识能力及提高分析问题及解决问题的能力均强于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的实践操作、理论知识考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理教学中应用反思性教学法可明显提高实习生的反思能力,提升护理综合能力,取得满意的教学效果。 Objective To investigate the application value of reflective teaching in surgical nursing education. Methods 90 trainees of 2013 grade nursing specialty practiced in our surgical department of university were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Two groups took same teaching programme, observation group took reflective teaching and control group took traditional teaching. The examination scores and teaching effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The strengthening teamwork spirit, promoting learning initiative, developing communication skills, intensifying students' memory, cultivating knowledge application ability, improving ability of analyzing and solving problems in observation group were significantly stronger than control group(P〈0.05). The examination scores of practical operation, theoretical knowledge in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Reflective teaching in surgical nursing education can significantly increase trainees' reflective ability and improve nursing comprehensive ability, thus achieving satisfactory teaching effects.
