摘要
目的评价翻转课堂教学模式在高职高专临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法以《精神科护理学》课程教学为例,将我校2012级护理专业两个班级214人,分为对照班和实验班,对照班使用传统教学模式,主要以课堂讲授为主,采用理论结合案例进行教学;实验班学生采用翻转课堂的教学模式。利用期末课程考核成绩和护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表进行评价。结果教学后,实验班考试成绩(76.24±5.13)分,自主学习能力评分(3.35±0.44)分,高于对照班的(70.38±6.12)分,(3.11±0.52)分,两组得分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在高职高专临床护理教学中,翻转课堂教学模式有助于课程考核成绩和自主学习能力的提高。
Objective To discussthe application effect of the flipped classroom teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching. Methods A comparing method between the experimental class and the compared class was conducted with 214 diploma nursing students which studied in Shandong medical college in 2012 by illustrating the psychiatric nursing teaching. The compared class students adopted the traditional teaching mode whiles experimental class students adopted the flip the classroom teaching mode. A score comparing of final course examination and Autonomous Learning Competencies questionnaire was conducted to be the evidence of evaluation. Results After the experiment, the experimental class were(76.24±5.13),(3.35±0.44) higher than the compared class(70.38±6.12),(3.11±0.52) in the final course examination and autonomous learning competencies. Statistical significance was found between the two groups(P〈0.001). Conclusion During the diploma clinical nursing teaching, flipped classroom can improve students' final course examination and even enhance their autonomous learning competencies.
