论伍尔夫小说创作手法的转换

On the Changing of the Creative Skill in Woolf’s Writing

伍尔夫是意识流小说的奠基人之一。她的创作经历了由传统小说向意识流小说的转换过程。本文从三个方面论述了这个转换的历程,即:由前期作品中传统小说心理描写的逻辑性,转换到后期小说意识流技巧的跳跃性;由前期作品使读者间接进入人物心理,转换为后期作品使读者直接进入人物心理;由前期人物心理描写的客观性,转换到后期人物心理描写的主观性。

Virginia Woolf is one of the founders in the novels of the stream of consciousness. Her creation changes from traditional novel to the novel of the stream of consciousness. This paper illustrates the changing process, that is, from the logic of the psychological description in her early works to the leap of the skill of the stream of consciousness in her later works. Her early works make readers understand the characters’ psychology indirectly while her later works make readers understand directly. Her creation changes from the objectivity in her early writing to the subjectivity in her later writing in the psychological description.
