护理本科生学业拖沓及其与应对方式、专业认同的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation Between Academic Procrastination and Coping Style,Professional Identification Among Nursing Undergraduates

摘要 目的了解护理本科生学业拖沓情况及探讨其与专业认同、压力应对方式的相关性。方法选取265名护理本科生对其学业拖沓、应对方式及专业认同情况进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生学业拖沓总体评分为(59.08±11.20)分;积极应对方式与学业拖沓呈负相关(P<0.01),消极应对方式与学业拖沓呈正相关(P<0.01)。专业认同总体及其维度专业情感、专业意志、专业期望、专业价值观与学业拖沓呈负相关(P<0.05),而专业认知与学业拖沓呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论为降低护理本科生学业拖沓状况,应积极帮助其消除消极的压力应对方式,加强专业认同指导。 Objective To explore the correlation between academic procrastination and coping style,professional identification among nursing undergraduates. Methods Two hundred and sixty-five nursing undergraduates were investigated with academic procrastination,coping style professional identification questionnaires. Results The overall score of nursing undergraduate academic procrastination was(59.08±11.20); Academic procrastination and positive coping style was negatively correlated(P〈0.01).Academic procrastination and negative coping style was positively correlated(P〈0.01);The general professional identification and its dimension professional emotion, professional will, professional expectation, professional values showed negative correlation with academic procrastination(P〈0.05),but professional cognition showed positive correlation with academic procrastination(P〈0.05). Conclusion In order to reduce nursing undergraduates academic procrastination, nurse educator should eliminate the negative coping style and strengthen the guidance of professional identification.
