提高口腔医学专业教师课堂教学能力的思考与探讨 被引量:4

摘要 口腔医学作为临床专业的重要前言学科,其基础知识内容丰富,临床实践要求严格。学生扎实的掌握口腔专业知识是从事临床工作的基础。常规的课堂教学已很难适应新时代口腔医学生培养的要求,以执业医师为目标的培养要求教学的过程更加注重基础知识向临床实践技能的转化能力的培养,这就要求目前照本宣科和"满堂灌"式的教学模式向更加贴近临床实践的课堂教学方式转化,因此,研究口腔专业教师如何进行课堂改革和怎样提高课堂教学能力具有重要的意义。教师课堂教学能力提高了,就能通过有限的课时传递给学生多元化知识体系并开阔学生的视野,同时通过特定教学模式,使学生在课堂学习中就注重临床思维的形成。作者通过七年来的理论教学与实践,在教学设计、教学准备、教学评价等方面总结出具体教学方法,为培养合格的口腔医学专业人才奠定坚实基础。 Oral medicine as one of the clinic professional disciplines includes extensive basic knowledge and strict requirement on clinical practices. A solid grasp of oral medicine knowledge is the basis for the students to conduct clinical work. Conventional teaching approach is on longer suitable for education of modern oral medicine students. The education with the aim of cultivating practitioner necessitates more efforts on clinical skills instead of basic knowledge, which requires the transformation from teaching only the knowledge on textbooks to teaching practical clinical skills. Therefore it is very important to study how to reform the teaching approach in class and how to improve teaching skills in oral medicine. Improved teaching skills can build a comprehensive knowledge system for students and expand their horizons through limited class time. Meanwhile, specific teaching models help students to form a clinical-oriented thinking pattern. Through seven years of theoretical teaching and practice we summed up a variety of teaching approaches in the aspects of teaching design,preparation and evaluation, Which lay a solid foundation for cultivating qualified oral professionals.
