探讨医患关系背景下医学生防范医患纠纷能力的培养

Capacity-building of Medical Students to Prevent Medical Disputes in the Doctor-patient Relationship Context

目前医患关系背景复杂,医患纠纷明显增加。为了顺应现代医学模式的改变和目前行医环境,对于未来的医务工作者,相应的教育机构如医学院校、教学医院应从多方面培养医学生防范医患纠纷的能力。本文探讨训练医学生的沟通能力,如加强医患沟通相关课程的建设、树立良好的个人形象等;加强医学生的卫生法相关教育,包括法律法规的学习和医疗文书的规范化书写等;训练提升医学生的情商及人文教育,以期提高医学生处理医患沟通的能力,进一步缓解当前形势下的医患矛盾。

Nowadays, the doctor-patient relationship was complex, the doctor-patient disputes increased significantly. In order to conform the change of the modern medicine model and medical practice environment,educational institutions such as medical schools, teaching hospitals should bulled the ability of medical students to prevent medical disputes in many ways. This paper discusses the training of medical students＇ communication skills, such as building construction, strengthen the doctor-patient communication courses related to the good personal image; strengthen the education of health law of medical students, including laws and regulations study and standardization of medical documents writing; and EQ training to enhance the humanities education of medical students, in order to improve the ability of dealing with doctor-patient the communication of medical students under the current situation, to further ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.
