产前超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的观察

Observation on Prenatal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Fetal Limb Deformities

目的观察产前超声在诊断胎儿肢体畸形中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月-2016年6月行产前超声检查的6 486名孕妇作为本次的研究对象,回顾性分析其超声资料,评价产前超声检查在胎儿肢体畸形诊断中的价值。结果本组6 486名孕妇中,通过超声检查诊断胎儿肢体畸形21例,检出率为0.32%;漏诊2例,漏诊率为0.03%。结论对孕妇进行产前超声检查筛选胎儿肢体畸形的诊断正确率高。

Objective To observe the effect of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Methods 6 486 pregnant women used prenatal ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the object. The ultrasonic data were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Results In the 6 486 pregnant women, ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal limb malformations were 21 cases, the detection rate was 0.32%. Missed diagnosis were 2 cases, the missed diagnosis rate was 0.03%. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography for screening fetal limb malformation is of high accuracy.
