探析经腹彩超和经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transabdominal Ultrasound and Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探析经腹彩超和经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法选择80例异位妊娠患者,均经过手术病理检查证实,全部患者分别给予经腹彩超检查和经阴道超声检查,对检查结果进行对比分析。结果在异位妊娠的诊断准确率和超声影像学表现阳性率方面,经阴道超声检查高于经腹彩超检查(P<0.05)。结论在诊断异位妊娠患者时,和经腹彩超检查相比,经阴道超声检查的诊断准确率和超声影像学表现阳性率更高,为异位妊娠的检查诊断提供科学依据。

Objective To investigate clinical value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy were confirmed by operation and pathological examination, all patients were given transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound. The results were compared and analyzed. Results the diagnostic accuracy in ectopic pregnancy and ultrasonic imaging findings were positive by transvaginal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of abdominal colour to exceed examination（P〈0.05）. Conclusion in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy patients, compared with abdominal colour to exceed examination, transvaginal ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate and ultrasound imaging findings were higher, and provide scientific basis for the inspection diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, has clinical value.
