螺旋CT诊断输尿管中下段微小结石的临床影响探讨

The Clinical Effect of Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Lower Ureteral Calculi

目的探究螺旋CT用于输尿管中小段微小结石诊断中的价值。方法在我院收治的输尿管中下段微小结石患者中随机选出140例为研究对象,全部患者均在我院接受螺旋CT检查、X线平片检查和超声检查,统计三种检查方法的结石检出符合率。结果螺旋CT的检出符合率为95.11%;X线平片的符合率为71.74%;超声检查的符合率为79.35%,P<0.05。结论螺旋CT在输尿管中下段微小结石的检出诊断中具有重要价值,检出率高,有助于临床医师准确判断病情。

Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of lower ureteral calculi. Methods In our hospital, 140 cases of ureteral calculi were randomly selected as the research object. All patients underwent spiral CT examination, X-ray plain film examination and ultrasound examination in our hospital. To find out the coincidence rate of three kinds of examination methods. Results The coincidence rate of spiral CT was 95.11%; the composite rate of X-ray was 71.74%; the coincidence rate of ultrasound was 79.35%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Spiral CT is of great value in the detection of small stones in the ureter. The detection rate is high, it can help clinicians to judge the severity of the disease, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
