糖尿病足患者就诊延迟现状相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Treatment Delay in Patients With Diabetic Foot

目的调查糖尿病足患者就诊时的足病病程,比较不同病程患者的临床特点及预后,并分析影响患者就诊延迟的相关因素。方法回顾分析2015年1-12月于我院就诊的86例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,采用调查问卷的形式对本组病例的一般资料及导致患者延迟就诊的原因进行分析。结果本组糖尿病足患者平均病程为(28.5±7.31)d,超过24 h就诊的有70例(81.40%);多元回归分析显示溃疡病史、医疗保险及发现症状后进行自我处理是影响患者就诊延迟的主要影响因素。结论糖尿病足患者普遍存在就诊延迟现象,应根据影响患者就诊延迟的主要因素,加强对糖尿病足人群的早期干预,以期改善患者预后情况。

Objective To investigate diagnosis in patients with diabetic foot disease course, compare the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with different course, and analyze the related factors influencing the delay to the patient. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 86 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from January to December in 2015. The data of this group and the duration of podiatry were analyzed by questionnaire. Results Statistical analysis showed that the mean duration of podiatry was（28.5±7.31） days, and 70 cases（81.40%） were over 24 hours. The multiple regression analysis showed that the history of ulcer, Insurance and self-treatment after the symptoms were found to affect the delay in treatment of patients with the main factors. Conclusion Diabetic foot patients generally delay the phenomenon of treatment, should be based on the impact of patient delay in treatment of the main factors to strengthen the early intervention of such patients, with a view to improving the prognosis of patients.
