早产儿血清维生素A水平与呼吸窘迫综合征的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨早产儿血清维生素A(VA)水平与呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的相关性。方法选择2014年5月—2016年5月我院收治的45例RDS早产儿作为研究组,选择同期我院45例未发生RDS的早产儿作为对照组。观察对比两组不同胎龄早产儿的VA水平及两组VA缺乏程度。结果研究组34~36周早产儿血清VA水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SAVD、VAD的发生率为55.56%、26.67%,均高于对照组的26.67%、8.89%(P<0.05)。结论 VA缺乏是诱发早产儿发生RDS的主要原因之一,特别是晚期早产儿,VA缺乏更为严重,临床应给予足够的重视。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin A(VA) and respiratory distress syndrome(RDS) in preterm infants. Methods 45 preterm infants with RDS were selected as the study group from May 2014 to May 2016, and 45 preterm infants without RDS in our hospital were selected as the control group. The levels of VA in two groups of preterm infants at different gestational ages and the degree of VA deficiency were observed and compared. Results The serum VA level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05) in the period from 34 to 36 weeks. The incidence of SAVD and VAD in the study group was 55.56% and 26.67%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group of 26.67%, 8.89%,(P〈0.05). Conclusion VA deficiency is one of the main causes of RDS in preterm infants, especially in late preterm infants, VA deficiency is more serious and clinical should be given enough attention.
