逆行自锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Retrograde Intramedullary Nail Fixation for Humeral Shaft Fracture

目的研究逆行自锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年10月-2015年10月肱骨干骨折患者66例,随机将肱骨干骨折患者分为两组,对照组进行常规钢板内固定治疗;研究组采用逆行自锁髓内钉内固定治疗。就两组患者肘关节活动情况、Neer肩关节评分和肘关节功能恢复优良率、肩关节僵直等并发症发生率进行比较。结果研究组肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,肩关节僵直等并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者肘关节活动情况、Neer肩关节评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论逆行自锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者肘关节和肩关节情况,解除活动受限,恢复正常功能,且并发症少,安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of retrograde intramedullary nail fixation for humeral shaft fracture. Methods In our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015, humeral shaft fractures in patients with 66 cases, randomly humeral shaft fracture patients were divided into 2 groups, control group of conventional plate fixation, the study group treated with retrograde intramedullary self locking nail in treatment. Two groups of elbow joint activity and Neer score of shoulder joint and elbow joint function recovery, stiff shoulder complications were compared. Results The study group elbow recovery rate was significantly higher than that of the reference group, shoulder stiffness and other complications were significantly lower than control group, P〈0.05. The elbow joint activity and Neer score in the study group were significantly better than the reference group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of retrograde intramedullary self locking nail in treatment of humeral shaft fracture is effective, can effectively improve the patients with elbow joint and shoulder joint, relieve activity limitation, restore the normal function, and less complications, high safety.
