摘要
目的观察干燥生物羊膜移植术对治疗化学性角结膜烧伤的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月-2015年3月在我院治疗的化学性角结膜烧伤患者17例,对其行角膜干燥生物羊膜移植手术。观察其对促进角膜上皮修复,减轻异物感、提高视力、减少角膜瘢痕、预防和治疗睑球粘连等方面的疗效。结果干燥生物羊膜移植能加快角结膜化学烧伤眼表上皮修复,减少角膜溃疡的发生,减轻角膜刺激症状在,预防睑球粘连。结论干燥生物羊膜移植对治疗化学性角结膜烧伤的疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of amniotic membrance transplantation on the cornea of the chemical injury. Methods Analyzed 17 cases who suffered from ocular chemical burn from March 2013 to March 2015, amniotic membrane transplantatioon on ocular surface of the chemical injury. Then the vision recovery, ocular irritation, ocular surface multiple bond, corneal neovascularization and symblepharon were observed. Results Amnion transplantation facilitated to the concerescence of cornea surface, prevented corneal epithelium injury and occurrence of corneal ulcer,alleviated the inflammation of the cornea, restrained corneal neovascularization and avoided symblepharon. Conclusion It is an effective method for ocular surfaces chemical burn with transplantation.
