探讨胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的老年冠心病心律失常患者71例作为研究对象,对照组予以盐酸美西律片治疗,观察组患者采用胺碘酮治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组数据不良反应发生率对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床效果突出。

Objective The clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods selected our hospital 71 cases of arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease as the research object, which were randomly divided into control group treated with mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets treatment, the observation group were treated by amiodarone treatment, observe two groups of patients the effect of treatment. Results the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; the adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically significant compared with data rate difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of amiodarone in treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia is outstanding.
