药物流产后阴道流血是药物流产后的常见并发症,药流后长时间阴道流血也是药物流产在临床上应用受限的重要原因,对患者身心造成了严重损害。目前有关该疾病的治疗方案以手术和药物为主,采用中西医结合治疗的方案。手术主要以清宫术为主,西医主要以雌孕激素、米非司酮及前列腺素制剂,缩宫素等药物,中医主要采用活血化瘀益气止血等,均具有一定的疗效。现就该疾病的治疗进行归纳总结。

At present, the treatment of the disease is mainly by surgery and by drugs with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment program, which contain ofuterine curettage, estrogen and progesterone, mifepristone and prostaglandin,oxytocin and activating blood circulation, absorb clots, replenishing qi and hemostatic and so on. To some extent, all of those have a certain effect. Now the treatment of the disease is summarized.
