浅析下肢骨折内固定手术的手术室护理配合

Analysis of Nursing Coordination of Operating Room in Internal Fixation of Lower Limb Fractures

目的探讨下肢骨折内固定手术的手术室护理配合方法效果。方法选取2015年3月-2016年2月,我院收治的下肢骨折内固定手术患者51例,对其手术室护理相关资料进行回顾及分析。结果通过标准的手术室护理流程,51例行下肢骨折内固定患者的手术时间缩短,其中46例患者恢复良好,5例患者存在轻微术后并发症。结论优质的手术室护理是保证下肢骨折内固定手术成功的重要因素,其不但可以提升患者预后,还可有效的减少并发症。

Objective To explore the effect of the method of nursing in the operation room of internal fixation of lower limb fracture. Methods From March 2015 to February 2016, 51 cases of internal fixation of lower limb fractures treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed. Results 51 patients underwent a shorter operative time with internal fixation of lower extremity fractures, and 46 patients recovered well, and 5 patients had minor postoperative complications, according to the standard operating room procedure. Conclusion The quality of operating room care is to ensure the success of lower limb fracture fixation an important factor, which can not only enhance the prognosis of patients, but also can effectively reduce complications.
