摘要
目的研究优质护理对经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术影响的相关问题。方法选取我院2015年8月-2016年6月收治的57例经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组患者29例,接受优质护理干预;对照组患者28例,接受常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果比较两组患者术中生命体征变化情况,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者术后并发症情况,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术患者实施优质护理干预,有助于保证临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the influence of high quality nursing on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）. Methods Selected the hospital from August 2015 to June 2016, 57 patients after endoscopic retrograde pancreatic angiography, it＇s randomly divided into observation group and the control group. 29 cases of observation group patients, accept high quality nursing intervention; control group 28 cases, patients accept routine nursing intervention, compared two groups of patient care. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing intervention for patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography helps to ensure the clinical treatment effect, so it should be further popularized in clinical practice
