摘要
目的分析妊娠高血压综合征产妇采用优质护理对产妇血压以及护理满意度的影响。方法对照组28例妊娠高血压综合征产妇采用常规护理,观察组28例妊娠高血压综合征产妇采用优质护理,回顾性分析观察组和对照组护理的相关指标。结果在产前血压以及护理满意度方面,观察组和对照组存在差异(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对妊娠高血压综合征产妇采用优质护理能够降低产妇的血压水平,提高临床服务质量,进而降低对产妇以及新生儿的影响。
Objective Effect of high quality nursing on blood pressure and nursing satisfaction of pregnancy with hypertension syndrome. Methods 28 cases of pregnancy with hypertension syndrome in the control groupwere treated with routine nursing, and the observation group had 28 cases were treated with high quality nursing. Retrospective analysis the relevant index between two groups. Results Prenatal blood pressure and nursing satisfaction, there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality of care of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome can reduce maternal blood pressure, improve the quality of clinical services, and then reduce the impact of maternal and neonatal.
