88例胃肠道息肉内镜黏膜切除术的临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing of 88 Cases of Gastric Polyps With Endoscopic Mucosal Resection

目的探析临床护理运用在胃肠道息肉内镜黏膜切除术中的临床效果。方法随机将88例行胃肠道息肉内镜黏膜切除术患者分为两组,其中对照组行常规护理,而观察组则行综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的15.91%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的77.27%,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予胃肠道息肉内镜黏膜切除术患者综合护理,可以减少并发症,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods 88 cases of patients with gastrointestinal polyps were divided into two groups randomly. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care, nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The complication rate of the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than the control group of 15.91%. Between groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.73%, which was higher than 77.27% of the control group. Between groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing of patients with gastrointestinal polyps Endoscopic mucosal resection, complications can be reduced, to improve curative effect.
