摘要
目的研究安全教育在传染科护理管理中应用效果。方法利用自愿参与原则,选取我院传染科近年收治的44例住院患者作为样本人群,利用抽签法将所有患者均分为观察组与对照组,每组各22例。对照组患者给予常规教育,观察组患者给予常规教育+安全教育,对比分析两组患者实施不同护理管理教育后的组间数据。结果经过对应性护理管理教育后,观察组患者的护理满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理纠纷率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染科护理管理中应用安全教育可以显著提升患者的护理满意度,降低护理风险。
Objective To study the effect of safety education in nursing management of infectious diseases department. Methods 44 cases of hospitalized patients admitted to our hospital in recent years were selected as samples, all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 22 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional education. Patients in observation group were given routine education and safety education. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients after the implementation of different nursing management education group data. Results After the corresponding nursing management education, The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); Patients in observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of safety education in the nursing management of infectious diseases can significantly improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing care, to reduce nursing risk.
