According to the phenomenon of TV channel specialization, this paper has analysed the competitive situation of TV industry, culture and receiver becoming many-faceted, the varied function of TV and feasibility and background in TV channel's speciality dividing, It’s pointed out that channel's specialization is necessary in the development of TV to provide a practical and theoretical basis for the development of channel specialization.
