摘要
目的分析APN连续排班层级管理模式的应用与效果。方法我院自2015年1月开展APN连续排班层级管理模式,分别选取呼吸内科、神经内科患者作为研究对象,其中呼吸内科患者开展APN连续排班层级管理模式,神经内科患者采用传统排班模式。结果患者对APN连续排班层级管理模式的满意度明显高于传统排班模式,比较两组不同管理模式的护理差错、护理纠纷、护理缺陷发生率差异显著,P<0.05。结论采取APN连续排班层级管理模式有利于进一步提高临床护理管理质量,患者满意度较高。
Object i ve To analyze the APN consecutive scheduling level management mode of the application and effect. Methods Our hospital from January 2015 to carry out the APN consecutive scheduling level management mode, respiratory medicine, neurology patients respectively as the research object, the patients with respiratory medicine APN consecutive scheduling level management mode, neurology patients using traditional scheduling model. Results Patients of APN consecutive scheduling level satisfaction management mode is markedly higher than that of traditional scheduling model, compare two groups of different management mode of nursing error, a significant difference in nursing defects, nursing dispute, P〈 0.05).Cone I us i on taking APN consecutive scheduling level management mode is conducive to further improve the quality of clinical nursing management, patient satisfaction is higher.
