医疗优先分级调派系统(MPDS)以软件为主要使用形式,是在急救受理和调度中实现标准化、医疗化和分级处治的专家系统,其流程严谨,设计精密,配套体系完整。MPDS已被翻译成18个语言版本,在38个国家的3 000多个急救中心使用,在MPDS认证有效期内的调度员有5万名,每年至少处理4亿次以上的呼救电话,大约处理4 500万次的实际急救。

Medical priority dispatching system（MPDS）, used in the form of software, is a professional system that achieve standardization, medical and grading treatment in the first aid acceptance and scheduling. And it has rigorous process, precise design and integrated supporting system. Up to now, MPDS has been translated into 18 languages and used in more than 3 000 emergency centers in 38 countries. There are about 50 000 dispatchers within the validity of the MPDS certification. And at least 400 millions calls and about 45 millions actual emergency processes are dealt with every year.
