年轻护士临床护理能力培养的有效方法

Effective Method of Cultivating Clinical Nursing Ability of Young Nurses

护士是医院医疗活动中的重要主体之一,其临床能力直接影响到护理水平以及医院服务质量。年轻护士由于工作经验较少、资历较低,护理活动中出现失误的可能性较大,因此,在进入医院之后需要接受系统的能力培养,以提高其临床能力及综合素质。现结合护理临床带教实践经验,总结年轻护士临床能力培养的方法,报告如下。

Nurses are one of the important subjects in the medical activities of hospitals. Their clinical ability directly affects the level of nursing and the quality of hospital service. Young nurses because of less work experience, low qualifications, nursing activities, the possibility of errors in the larger, so the need to enter the hospital after the ability to receive systematic training to improve their clinical ability and overall quality.
