老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后再发对侧粗隆间骨折的原因分析及治疗策略

Cause Analysis and Treatment Strategies of the Elderly Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures Postoperative for Lateral Root Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的研究分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后再发对侧粗隆间骨折治疗方法与病发原因。方法选股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者88例。根据是否进行抗骨质疏松治疗分两组,对照组常规治疗,观察组综合治疗。结果观察组再发对侧粗隆间骨折率为0.0%,对照组发生率为6.8%,两组患者再发对侧粗隆间骨折差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术后再次发生对侧粗隆间骨折的主要原因为骨质疏松,再次发生骨折后接受抗骨质疏松治疗,有利于降低病发率。

Objective To study and analysis the cause and reason of the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures postoperative for lateral root intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Chose 88 cases of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. According to whether the anti osteoporosis treatment is divided into two groups, control group routine treatment, and treatment group. Results Observation group again hair the contralateral intertrochanteric fracture rate was 0.0%, the incidence of the control group was 6.8%, two groups of patients with recurrence of the contralateral intertrochanteric fractures differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures occur again after the operation on the side of the main causes of intertrochanteric fracture of osteoporosis, again anti osteoporosis treatment after fracture, is helpful to reduce the disease rate.
