胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液150例疗效分析与报告

Analysis and Report the Curative Effect of Thoracic Cavity Closed Drainage in Treatment of Pleural Effusion With 300 Cases

目的探讨胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液患者的疗效。方法择取300例患者,其中150例患者为研究组,行胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液;其余150例为对照组患者,行传统反复胸腔穿刺引流胸腔积液,治疗后观察两组患者引流效果、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的引流效果、治疗效果及并发症发生情况均好于对照组。结论胸腔闭式引流的方法,操作性强,可以有效的减轻患者痛苦,且效果良好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of closed thoracic drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion. Methods 300 patients were selected, including 150 patients as the study group, thoracic drainage closed pleural effusion, the remaining 150 cases of patients in the control group, the traditional pleural effusion with repeated pleural drainage, the observation of two groups of patients drainage effect, treatment effect and the incidence of complications. Results The drainage effect, treatment effect and complication of the study group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Closed thoracic drainage is a safe and effective method to reduce the pain of patients. The method is effective and widely used by clinicians.
