摘要
[目的]制备Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子并考察其对黄酮类化合物花旗松素的吸附性能,研究其动力学与热力学过程。[方法]采用水热法制备Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子,同时建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测花旗松素浓度的方法,用以考察材料对花旗松素的吸附行为。[结果]吸附过程的热力学参数吉布斯自由能(ΔGθ)均为负数、焓变(ΔHθ)为6.58 k J/mol、熵变(ΔSθ)为66.24 J/(mol·K);采用Freundlich模型拟合吸附过程,线性相关性系数均大于0.964 4。[结论]吸附过程ΔHθ>0、ΔSθ>0、ΔGθ<0,表明吸附过程自发进行,为吸热过程,且存在氢键结合力和范德华力作用。
[Objective] The aim of this study is to analyze the kinetics and thermodynamics of the Taxifolin adsorption by using the prepared Fe_3O_4 magneticnanoparticles. [Methods] Fe_3O_4 is prepared by hydrothermal method. The adsorptionproperties is regulated by the developed HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Taxifolin. [ Results] The results shows that the thermodynamic parameters of Gibbs free energy(ΔGθ) is under zero,Enthalpy(ΔHθ) is 6.58. The process fits well with preudo-first order model. [Conclusion] The adsorption is a spontaneous and exothermic process of increased entropy, there is hydrogen bonding force and van der waals between it.
