氟康唑与聚维酮碘溶液治疗生殖器念珠菌病的效果研究

Study the Effect of Fluconazole Combined With Povidone Iodine Solution in Treatment of Genital Candidiasis

目的研究氟康唑与聚维酮碘溶液治疗生殖器念珠菌病的效果。方法将2015年3月-2016年3月本院生殖器念珠菌病例共计52例为研究对象,按数字随机表法分组。26例采用氟康唑治疗,设对照组。26例采用氟康唑与聚维酮碘溶液治疗,设研究组。治疗后比较两组疗效。结果两组中研究组的起效时间相对较短,治疗总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖器念珠菌病采用氟康唑与聚维酮碘溶液治疗,效果较显著,起效快。

Objective Study the effect of fluconazole combined with povidone iodine solution in treatment of genital candidiasis. Methods Chose 52 patients with genital candidiasis who were treated in hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 to study and separated them into two groups according to digital method, 26 patients in control group were given with fluconazole treatment, while another 26 patients in study group were given with fluconazole combined with povidone iodine solution treatment, and then compare patients＇ treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment taking-effect time is shorter and treatment efficacy is much higher in study group compared to counterparts in control group, and there are differentials with statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fluconazole combined with povidone iodine solution is rather efficiency in treatment of genital candidiasis with short takingeffect time.
