孟鲁司特钠联合复方甲氧那明治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠片联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取新乡市中心医院2014年5月—2015年3月收治的慢性支气管炎患者62例,根据治疗方法不同分为常规组和研究组,各31例。常规组患者给予常规西药疗法,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠片联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效,咳嗽、咳痰、喘息症状缓解时间,治疗前后生活质量评分及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者临床疗效优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息症状缓解时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合复方甲氧那明治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效确切,可有效缩短患者症状缓解时间,提高生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis were selected from May 2014 to March 2015 in Xinxiang Central Hospital of Henan Province,which were divided into conventional group and study group according to the different treatments,31 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,study group was given montelukast sodium tablets combined with compound methoxyphenamine capsules on the basis of conventional group,both groups were treated for 1 month. Clinical effect,remission time of cough,sputum and wheezing symptom,life quality score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of study group was better than that of conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. The remission time of cough,sputum,wheezing of study group were shorter than conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no significant difference of physical function,mental function,social function or material life scores was found between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,after treatment,the physical function,mental function,social function and material life scores of study group were all significantly higher than those in conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of study group was lower than conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with compound methoxyphenamine have a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,it can effectively shorten the remission time of symptoms,improve life quality,and with high safety.
