沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂在中重度哮喘治疗中的效果

The Efficacy of Salmeterol Assigned Powder Inhaler in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Asthma

目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂在中重度哮喘中的治疗效果。方法选取我院200例哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的有效率为93.0%,高于对照组的67.0%,观察组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗中重度哮喘,疗效较好,能迅速缓解患者症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To research the therapeutic effects of salmeterol assigned powder inhaler in the treatment of moderate and severe asthma. Methods 200 patients with asthma treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were given with salmeterol assigned powderinhaler while patients in the control group were given with nebulized budesonide. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.0%, much higher than that of the control group which was 67.0%. The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Salmeterol assigned powder inhaler in the treatment of severe asthma, have a better curative effect, can quickly alleviate the symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
