布地奈德联合氨溴索治疗肺炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia

目的探讨布地奈德联合氨溴索治疗肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取南通大学附属医院2013年2月—2015年1月收治的肺炎患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为单一用药组和联合用药组,各50例。两组患者均予以常规治疗,单一用药组患者予以布地奈德治疗,联合用药组在单一用药组基础上予以氨溴索治疗,两组患者均连续治疗7 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果联合用药组临床疗效优于单一用药组(P<0.05)。联合用药组患者肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间短于单一用药组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论布地奈德联合氨溴索治疗肺炎效果确切,可改善患者肺功能,缩短患者治疗时间,减少患者痛苦,且用药安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 cases of pneumonia patients were selected from February 2013 to January 2015 in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,which were divided into single medication group and combined medication group according to different treatment methods,50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment,single medication group was given budesonide treatment, combination medication group was given ambroxol on the basis of single medication group,both groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical effect,disappeared time of atelectatic rales,cough and wheezing,temperature recovery time,hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Combined medication group of clinical efficacy was better than single medication group（ P〈0. 05）. The combination medication group of disappeared time of pulmonary rales,cough and wheezing,temperature recovery time,hospitalization time were shorter than single medication group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no serious adverse reactions happening during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol on treating pneumonia has an obviously clinical effect,it can improve pulmonary function,shorten the treatment time of patients,reduce the pain of patients,and the treatment is safe and reliable.
