摘要
目的探讨痔疮切除手术后中药配方药剂坐浴的临床效果。方法选择患者92例,其中对照组46例患者提供术后高锰酸钾坐浴治疗;研究组46例则采用中药坐浴治疗。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组69.57%(32/46),两组数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔疮切除手术后采用中药坐浴疗效更好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for hip bath after hemorrhoidectomy.Methods 92 cases of patients, the comparison group of 46 patients with postoperative potassium permanganate bath treatment, 46 cases of the study group were the use of Chinese medicine sitz bath treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%（44/46）, significantly higher than the contrast group 69.57%（32/46）, there was statistical significance in the difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath better after hemorrhoidectomy.
